Brand Protection & Anti-Phishing Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective October 2026 · Fabanta LTD
Fabanta is committed to protecting customers and partners from impersonation and phishing. This policy lists our only official communication channels, what we will never ask you for, and how to report a suspicious message.
Exclusive official channels
Official Fabanta correspondence is sent only from the verified fabanta.com domain:
- support@fabanta.comCustomer support and orders
- info@fabanta.comGeneral enquiries and partnerships
- security@fabanta.comFraud and security vulnerability reports
What Fabanta will never do
- Ask for your account password, one-time codes, payment card details or banking credentials by email or phone.
- Negotiate financial transactions, purchase orders, supply requests or contracts via consumer messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram).
- Send invoices or documents via unauthenticated third-party file shares or links outside fabanta.com.
- Ask you to pay into a new or changed bank account through an unexpected message.
Report a suspicious message
If you receive a message claiming to be from Fabanta that looks suspicious, do not click links or open attachments. Forward it in full to:
security@fabanta.com
- Gmail: open the message → menu (⋮) → “Show original” → “Download original”, then attach the file.
- Outlook: open the message → (…) → View → “View message details”, copy the full headers, or forward “as attachment”.
- Apple Mail: View → Message → Raw Source, or “Forward as Attachment”.
- Include a screenshot, the date received and any phone number or account that contacted you.
Zero tolerance for fraud
Every report is taken seriously; we work with providers and authorities to take down impersonating domains and accounts. Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is welcome at security@fabanta.com — please allow us reasonable time to remediate before publishing details.
