Affiliate Program Policy
Effective from the public program launch
This policy governs participation by individual affiliates and agencies in the Fabanta affiliate program, including order attribution, commission verification, and payouts.
Individual affiliate track
- For individuals who promote Fabanta products through their assigned referral links or codes.
- Affiliates can review attributed clicks, orders, commission balances, and statuses through their account when the program dashboard becomes available.
- Self-referrals, misleading claims, purchased traffic, and fabricated orders are prohibited.
Agency track
- For agencies and teams managing campaigns or multiple marketers under an agreement with Fabanta.
- The approved agreement defines campaign scope, links or codes, reporting, and any agency-specific commercial terms.
- If a written agency agreement conflicts with this policy, its specific terms apply only to that agency.
Order attribution
- An order is attributed to an eligible referral link or code under the attribution rules displayed in the program dashboard when the click and order are recorded.
- Cancelled, fabricated, fraudulent, or unverifiable orders do not qualify.
Net order value
- Net order value means the amount paid for eligible products after discounts and after deducting returns, refunds, and cancellations. It excludes taxes, shipping charges, tips, gift cards, and non-product fees.
- Commission is calculated on net order value at the rate approved for the affiliate or agency, unless a written agreement specifies another basis.
21-day verification period
- Commission remains pending for 21 days from payment confirmation while payment, attribution, cancellation, refund, and dispute status are verified.
- A partial refund recalculates commission against the remaining net value. A cancelled or fully refunded order cancels its commission.
Monthly payouts
- Commissions that complete verification and are approved before the payout cycle closes are included in the last-business-day payout for that month.
- Commissions becoming eligible after the cycle closes move to the last business day of the following month.
- Payouts may be held during fraud review, payment disputes, or when beneficiary details are incomplete; the reason is shown in the commission record when the dashboard is available.
Changes and termination
- Fabanta may suspend or end participation for policy violations while retaining commission and change records for audit purposes.
- Future revisions state their effective date and do not retroactively alter an approved commission except to correct an error, refund, or confirmed fraud.
