These terms govern your use of the Fabanta store and any purchase you make. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.
Your account
- Account details must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or any breach of these terms.
Pricing and orders
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page. Taxes and shipping fees, where applicable, are shown clearly before payment.
- An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order in the case of a clear pricing error or stock shortage, with a full refund.
Payment
- Payment is processed on Shopify's encrypted checkout using the methods offered there. Card details are never stored on this site.
Shipping and fulfilment
- Physical products ship to the address you provide, with the expected fulfilment time shown at checkout or in your confirmation email.
- Digital products are delivered to your email address after payment is confirmed.
Returns and replacements
- Unused physical products in original condition can be returned by emailing support@fabanta.com with your order number.
- Digital products and activation codes are non-refundable once delivered, unless the code proves invalid.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to breach the site, bypass its permissions, or scrape its data without permission.
- Do not use the store for unlawful activity or unauthorised resale.
- Do not send misleading or abusive content through support channels.
Intellectual property
- The Fabanta name, logo, site design, and content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Product trademarks remain with their owners.
Limitation of liability
- The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from temporary service interruption or from delays by carriers or payment providers.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
